Start from the ground up.
Movement coaching for real bodies and real life.
I coach the foot, knee and hip as one connected chain, then build strength, balance and confidence around the way you actually move.

Not personal training
I am not here to count reps. I am here to understand the pattern.
Most people come with a symptom: foot pain, knee pain, hip tightness, poor balance, shoulder tension, stiffness, or feeling disconnected from their body. I look at how the whole system moves and then build from there.
The aim is not just to exercise. The aim is to feel capable, strong and clear in your own body.
What we work on
Foot, knee, hip and the chain above it.
Foot
Toe strength, arch control, balance, walking mechanics and how your feet load the ground.
Knee
How your knee tracks, absorbs force and coordinates with the foot and hip.
Hip
Glutes, rotation, stability, strength and the control needed for daily life and sport.
Balance
Single-leg control, proprioception, falls confidence and coordination.
Strength
Practical strength: getting up and down, carrying, crawling, hanging, pushing and pulling.
Mobility
Mobility that becomes usable, not just passive flexibility that disappears after stretching.
Who this is for
People who want to move better, not just train harder.
Adults who dislike gyms. Adults after injury. People with recurring stiffness or pain. Women navigating changing bodies. Older adults wanting confidence and independence. Runners, walkers and everyday humans who want their body to make sense.
This is body-first, non-clinical coaching. If medical support is needed, I will tell you. If coaching is the right tool, we build from the pattern in front of us.

How sessions feel
Curious, practical and specific.
We might work on your foot one minute, then a carry, a crawl, a squat, a balance task or how you get off the floor. The work changes depending on what your body shows us.
Every session should leave you understanding your body a little better.
Movement coaching FAQ
Questions adults usually ask.
Is this rehab?
No. It is movement coaching. It can complement rehab, but it is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or physiotherapy.
Do I need to be fit?
No. We start with your current body, your goals and your real-life movement needs.
Can this help foot, knee or hip pain?
Often, coaching the chain can help you understand why an area is overloaded. I will refer out if symptoms need clinical care.
